What is the Try-On at Home Box?
The Les Aimants Try-On at Home experience is a modern way to explore, customize, and preview your gown before placing your final order. -
When are the $500 actually charged?
Only if the box is not returned within 7 days of delivery. If you return it on time, the hold is automatically released - nothing else is charged. -
When do I need to return my Try-On Box?
You have five full business days to enjoy your samples. This window begins the day after your delivery date, excluding weekends and holidays. -
When will my final Made-to-Order gown ship?
Every Les Aimants gown is made-to-order. This means your fabric is cut and sewn specifically for you based on your chosen style, fabric, and measurements. -
Where do I find the prepaid return label?
Each box includes a prepaid return label already attached to the return pouch. Simply re-pack your items, place them back in the original box (clips and instructions can stay with you), and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. -
Why do I see $525 instead of $25 at checkout?
The $25 is what you’re charged today. The rest is a temporary hold ($500) placed on your card as a security deposit -it’s not charged unless the box isn’t returned on time.
